This is an event to complement our Red Dog Pilbara Postie Bike Adventure - something that will be passed through generations - people knowing you had the will, the courage and the sense of adventure - you will be the idol among friends, the superstar among colleagues - the favorite son or daughter - or possibly not, but we guarantee you will have a blast! You will tackle the iconic Gibb River Road on a Postie Bike - yes, one of those fantastic machines the Australian Posties battle around on day in and day out. More like a bicycle with a lawnmower engine you might say? That is simply not the case - these are proven weapons of engineering genius, ready to take on the toughest the outback has to offer. Do you like adventure, challenge, beautiful scenery, and doing something most people would never have the guts to do? We thought so! Come and join us on this tour to have a fully supported adventure of a lifetime! You will love it!

Whilst there is no age limit to this tour, you will certainly need a level of fitness to make it through the day. You will need to be capable of riding a motorcycle for extended periods – we can travel over 200km in one day.

We will not only be riding postie bikes through the bush, we will be exploring swimming holes and gorges. For these activities - you will need to be relatively agile on your feet and have good cardiovascular fitness. Alernatively, we will also allow you to forfeit any excursions you would rather not partake in - we understand that people have their own idea of fun..

Riders must ensure that they are not effected by drugs (unless prescribed) or alcohol whilst riding a motorcycle.

PBAA staff have authority to stop the tour and/or cancel a riders’ participation at any time for any safety or other reasons he/she sees fit.

Participants are required to provide their own personal protective equipment.

Prior to the tour commencing you will need to:

Participant numbers for our adventures are limited and your reservation on the trip is not guaranteed until payment has been made in full. Your initial deposit will ensure that we ‘hold’ your reservation and we then invite you to pay further installments in a timely manner (please see the terms and conditions). Alternatively, we welcome you to pay in full to secure your reservation on one of the best and most original adventures available.
