The Red Dog Pilbara Postie Bike Adventure is the challenge of a lifetime. It is a 9 day escorted Postie Bike adventure tour of the Pilbara, which includes many alternative adventure experiences that the Pilbara has to offer.
The route chosen is quite adventurous and combines sealed and unsealed road surfaces. There are sections of dirt, gravel, small stones, sand, bulldust, dry creek crossings and depending on conditions there may be severe corrugations, holes in the road or road washouts. - Not to mention some trucks, cars, cattle and a few kangaroos… We have the postie bikes, we have the adventure tour, are you up for the challenge?
The tour will take you through unquestionably the most awesome parts of the Pilbara:
Day 1 – Start at Paraburdoo and have a test ride and a night of fun getting to know one another.
Day 2 – Paraburdoo to Tom Price the back way then a mine tour and Karijini National Park
Day 3 – Full day Canyoning and Abseiling in Karijini.

Accommodation is varied but we try to offer you the best that there is around - we use mainly established camping grounds or caravan parks. Each evening we will endeavor to have shower facilities available - though we can’t promise how much hot water will be left!! (some of the showers are solar). We also have toilets at all camp areas. Lets face it though, getting back to the basics in the bush is good for the soul. We have partnered up with Karijini Eco Resort also for dorm accommodation for 3 nights in real beds in the most magnificent of settings. We are excited for you to enjoy this time in one of Australia's premier national parks.
Individual 2 person tents will be supplied. Swags are also welcomed if you want to bring yours along.
If you think and plan for basic bush camping and facilities – you won’t be disappointed.
